Mercedes Inciarte

Mercedes Inciarte has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving in academic planning at Atlantis University since March 2018 and as a faculty member for the Master's and Doctorate programs at UNAD Florida since January 2017. Additionally, Inciarte is involved in e-learning and strategies at Universidad del CESUM in Tijuana since May 2014. Previous roles include serving as a member of the Academic Board at Bircham International University from 2016 to 2018 and as the Online Education Coordinator at Atlantis University from 2009 to 2016. Inciarte has a long tenure with the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, fulfilling various educational roles from 1994 to 2015. Inciarte also coordinated instructional design for distance education at Universidad del Zulia from 2005 to 2009 and held several significant administrative positions at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 1993 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master's in Educational Informatics from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, along with a Licenciatura in Education from Universidad del Zulia.
