Carleen Ybarra

Carleen Ybarra serves as a Senior Advisor and Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army Reserve since July 1997, with key roles including Sergeant Major of the 353d CACOM and Operations Sergeant Major. Concurrently, Carleen has held the position of Director of Employee Relations & Workforce Solutions at Atlas Air since July 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Labor and Employee Relations at JetBlue Airways from March 2012 to August 2020, where Carleen focused on enhancing crew relations and supporting Values Committees. Additionally, Carleen was a Co-Chair of the Veteran’s Employee Resource Group and has held various positions in human resources at Candela Systems Corporation and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. Carleen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Mercy University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from SUNY at Old Westbury.
