Diana Eckenberg

Diana Eckenberg, HRIP, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of HR Information Systems at Atlas Air since September 2005, providing strategic leadership to enhance the HR function through technology and operational efficiency while ensuring the integrity of employee data. Diana has a strong background in IT, previously holding the position of Senior IT Manager at Atlas Air, where contributions as the first .NET developer aided the company's recovery from bankruptcy. Prior to joining Atlas Air, Diana worked as an Applications Developer/Senior Consultant at Docuserve Group, creating solutions for remote customer information access, and began a career at JWM Partners/Long Term Capital Management as a Programming Analyst, contributing to the company's substantial growth. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master's in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Iona University.
