Eva Zaeschmar

Eva Zaeschmar is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in marketing and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Atlas Air since 2021, Eva has held key positions including Chief Marketing & People Officer at Coleman Research, where insights were provided to investment firms and corporations. Prior roles include Head of Marketing Americas and Chief of Staff at SWIFT, Vice President of Financial Services Marketing at BT, and Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Radianz. Early in the career, Eva developed expertise in corporate identity and branding at Reuters. Eva holds a BA in Slavic Languages from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from ESCP Business School.
