Jeffrey Wright is an experienced aviation professional with over 35 years in the field, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Airframe Major Maintenance. Wright has held the position of Director of Heavy Maintenance at Atlas Air in 2025. Previously, Wright worked at FedEx Express as a Process Improvement Advisor and Project Management Specialist, where they facilitated Lean training and managed aircraft maintenance programs. Wright is also a Lean Black Belt, actively supporting Lean training and continuous improvement initiatives in Air Operations. Wright is pursuing a degree in Aviation Science at Eastern New Mexico University.
