Patricia Goodwin-Peters is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Atlas Air. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions at companies such as Kate Spade & Company, Aeropostale, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Towers Perrin. Patricia is also a Board Member at Wainwright House, a not-for-profit learning center dedicated to inspiring greater understanding through body, mind, spirit and community.

Patricia Goodwin-Peters has a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida. Patricia also has an MBA in Human Resources & Finance from the Zicklin School of Business. Her undergraduate degree is a B.A. in English, Dramatic Literature, & Business from Fordham University.
