Gihan Dissanayaka

Gihan Dissanayaka is an Automation Engineer currently working at Atlas Axillia since April 2022, having previously served as an Automation Engineering Trainee at Nikini Automation from February to April 2023. Gihan's earlier experience includes an Industrial Trainee position at Sri Lanka Railways in early 2021, gaining practical exposure in various areas such as diesel electric and hydraulic locomotive repair, millwright, bench fitting and machining, tool room operations, foundry work, blacksmithing, metal forming, and welding techniques. Gihan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka (February 2016 - April 2022) and an Advanced Certificate in Siemens PLC from the Sri Lanka Institute of Robotics (May 2022 - November 2022).
