Illai Gescheit is a founding partner at Gescheit & Partners, providing strategic advisory and executive coaching to corporate executives, innovators, startup founders, and venture capital firms. As the founder and writer for Mindset & Planet, Illai aims to inspire change in entrepreneurship and venture capital, focusing on sustainability and societal improvement. Illai is a member of the Entrepreneur-to-Entrepreneur (E2) Network at Ashoka, serves on the Board of Advisors for The Atlas Capital & Climate Tech Coalition, and is an advisor for Northzone, Loyal VC, and Movmenta. Additionally, Illai is a guest lecturer at London Business School, a member of the World Economic Forum's Expert Network, and part of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Illai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and has completed studies at Harvard Law School.
