Olga Polubarinova

Olga Polubarinova is an experienced executive with a strong background in financial management and business operations. Currently serving as COO at Atlas Concorde since May 2013, Olga has previously held positions including Sales & Business Controller at the same company. Prior to Atlas Concorde, Olga worked at Lafarge A&C Russia as Finance Manager, where significant contributions included establishing business processes and temporarily managing the General Director role during the company's launch. Earlier experience with Lafarge Cement involved roles such as Sales Administration Officer and BU Finance Controller, overseeing budgeting and forecasting for multiple cement plants. Olga's career began at OSC "Voskresenskcement," progressing from Senior Economist to Financial Controller. Olga holds a degree from Государственная Академия Управления им. С.Орджоникидзе and has pursued further education at Management Centre Europe.
