Caroline Reidy

Caroline Reidy has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Atlas Container Corporation since March 2019 and as an Assistant to the Head Appraiser at Baltimore Appraisal & Realty since February 2017. Previous positions include contract employee/order processor at Randstad USA, where work orders were processed and data entered, and administrative assistant/receptionist at Connections Education, facilitating office visits and managing communication. Additional experience includes administrative assistance at Invensys Operations Management, where proficiency in SAP was developed, as well as a paralegal position at Bishop & Reidy, P.C. and an assistant role at the Upward Bound Youth Program.
