Fernando Adé is a proactive and goal-oriented Manufacturing and Quality Manager with extensive experience in leadership and quality assurance across various industries. Currently, they serve as the Manufacturing & Quality Manager at Atlas Copco, where they focus on quality and production management. Fernando previously held key positions including Operations Manager at Adient and Plant Manager at Grupo CROPU, and they have developed strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of quality structures in multicultural environments. Fernando earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master of Quality & Environment Engineering from EFEM.
