Paul Noochla-or has over 35 years of experience in freestyle concept art, trademark logo art, and cartoon doodles as the owner of Scuzzy Hands since June 2018. Additionally, Paul has been serving as a Post Production/Media Manager at Atlas Digital since March 2014, focusing on external operations for PFTV. Prior to these roles, Paul worked as a technician at QSR Systems from January 2012 to March 2014.
