Darshan Chikker

Darshan Chikker has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Darshan began their professional career in 1981 with the Indian Navy, where they served as a Commander. During their time in the Navy, Darshan worked on Russian Foxtrot and Kilo class submarines and eventually commanded two Kilo class submarines. In 2006, they joined Airbus Group Inc. (formerly known as EADS) as Director of Military & Institutional Relations, where they played a crucial role in supporting Airbus' defense business with the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard. In 2012, Darshan moved to ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH as Senior Vice President, focusing on business development and project management activities related to defense procurements.

Darshan Chikker holds a Master's degree in Defence & Strategic Studies, which was obtained from Defence Services Staff College from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, Chikker pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Honors (B.A.) from D.A.V.College Jalandhar between 1978 and 1981. The field of study during this period included Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
