Shaam F. has extensive experience in technology leadership roles within various industries. Starting in 2000, they had an earlier career with various organizations. In 2008, Shaam joined Marathon Oil Corporation as a Service Delivery and Program Manager, advising the CIO and overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. In 2010, they became a Vice President of Technology at J.P. Morgan, managing a global team and overseeing the LOB technology portfolio. From 2011 to 2013, Shaam served as the Head of Digital Services - Americas at Woodside Energy, optimizing digital technology across the Americas and Europe. They then joined Murphy Oil as the Head of Upstream IT, leading a major organizational transformation. In 2014, Shaam was hired as the Chief Information Officer at Jonah Energy LLC, where they developed the technology strategy and oversaw a large team.
