Scott Baxter

Scott Baxter is a seasoned leader and innovator in technology commercialization and product development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at DecisionPoint Insights, LLC since October 2020, and as Principal Consultant & President at S.C.Baxter Consulting, LLC. Scott Baxter has a robust background in guiding early-stage companies and has held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board at Atlas Energy Systems, Inc., and Head of Innovation and Advanced Development at Allegion, PLC, where Scott Baxter built a global organization focused on disruptive innovation. Prior experience includes multiple vice president positions at Roche Diagnostics, overseeing digital product development and portfolio innovation, as well as roles at TTE and Thomson, managing engineering teams and launching successful consumer electronics. Scott Baxter holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from New York University and Stony Brook University, respectively.
