Neil O'Callaghan

Neil O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Neil began their career at Infoware, Inc. in 1987, where they served as the Vice President and Consultant. In this role, they developed strategies and tactics for business development, as well as analyzed client business requirements for technology. Neil worked at Infoware, Inc. until 2001.

Following this, O'Callaghan joined IHDA in 2001 as the Managing Director of Information Technology. Neil was responsible for managing all information technology resources and setting the technology strategy for the Authority. Their responsibilities included leading the application development and operations teams, managing IT vendor and consultant relationships, ensuring compliance with audits, and overseeing IT policy and procedures.
