Edivaldo Alves

Edivaldo Alves has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Edivaldo started their career in 2011 at Repro Produtos Ópticos Ltda., where they worked as an Atendimento/PCP Coordinator, handling customer service, production planning, and order management. Edivaldo also served as the Administrative Coordinator, focusing on sales strategies and successfully increasing monthly sales revenue.

In 2016, Edivaldo joined Conta Azul, initially working as a Sales Development Representative. Edivaldo was responsible for pre-qualifying leads and utilizing advanced negotiation techniques to identify customer needs. Edivaldo then transitioned to an Inside Sales role, where they sold the ContaAzul solution to SMBs, utilizing techniques such as SPIN Selling and Rapport.

Moving on, Edivaldo worked at Camerite as the Gerente de Marketing e Canais (CX), overseeing demand generation and customer success initiatives. Edivaldo successfully scaled the lead generation to 4000 leads per month and developed the Customer Success process, growing the team from 4 to 30 members. Additionally, they implemented cultural and skills-based hiring methodologies.

Currently, Edivaldo is at Atlas Governance, where they hold the position of Head of Marketing Latam and is responsible for developing marketing strategies. Edivaldo also recently took on the role of Head of Strategy and Ops.

Throughout their work experience, Edivaldo has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, develop strategies, and effectively manage teams in various industries and roles.

Edivaldo Alves completed their education with a degree in Business Administration from Universidade da Região de Joinville in 2017. In the same year, they also pursued a Nanogree in Digital Marketing from Udacity.
