Livia Cuiabano

Livia Cuiabano has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Livia is currently working as the Head of Risk & Compliance at Atlas Governance since February 2022. Before this, they worked at ICTS Protiviti as a Master Consultant in Ethics & Compliance, Governance, and Sustainability from September 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant in the same field at ICTS Protiviti from April 2021 to September 2021 and December 2018 to April 2021, respectively. Livia also has experience as an Associate Lawyer at Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados where they handled consultancy and administrative tax litigation from March 2016 to June 2018. Livia started their career as a Lawyer in the Energisa Group where they provided legal advice and support in corporate law from March 2015 to March 2016. Livia's work experience also includes their role as an Associate Lawyer at Gouvêa Vieira Advogados where they worked on consultancy and litigation in social security matters from November 2011 to September 2014.

Livia Cuiabano's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2011, they attended Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and earned a Law Degree.

In 2014 to 2015, Livia pursued an LL.M. in Tax Law at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

From 2016 to 2018, they enrolled in ABDF | Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro and completed the Advanced Course of Tax Jurisprudence.

In 2018, Livia took a course on "Compliance Department - Criteria for Structuring and Enhancement" at IBEF - Rio | Instituto Brasileiro de Executivos de Finanças.

Also in 2018, they attended a course on "Anticorruption Compliance" at LEC | Legal, Ethics & Compliance.
