Monique Mendonça

Monique Mendonça has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Monique started their career as a Technical Support at Rede Ponto Certo in 2018, where they provided assistance to clients. In 2019, they began working as a Quality Assurance Intern at ESTADÃO, where they gained experience in software testing. Monique then joined Sua Música in 2020 as a Quality Assurance Intern, focusing on manual testing and bug tracking. Currently, Monique works at Atlas Governance as a Software Quality Analyst. Their role involves manual testing, mobile testing, test automation, utilization of DevOps methods and tools, API testing, and database analysis.

Monique Mendonça completed their undergraduate education at Faculdade Uninove from 2018 to 2020. Monique obtained a degree in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistema. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Monique attended Etec Maria Cristina Medeiros, where they earned a technical degree in Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Logística. In addition to their formal education, Monique obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in January 2022.
