Rafael Tanaka

Rafael Tanaka is a QA Associate III at Atlas Governance since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support. Previously, Rafael held the role of Coordenador de Suporte at Quality S.A. from April 2012 to May 2022, overseeing the Field Service team for Editora Globo. Rafael also worked as an Analista de Suporte Pleno at Fundação Adib Jatene from June 2009 to January 2012 and served as Técnico de suporte de informática. Early in the career, Rafael gained experience as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Colsan, focusing on general technical support and computer maintenance. Rafael holds a degree in Tecnologia em Redes de Computadores from Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista, completed between 2008 and 2010.
