Latasha Waters

Latasha Waters is an experienced social services professional currently serving as the Director of Social Services at Atlas Healthcare Group since March 2024. As the Founder of The Queen’s Initiative, Latasha promotes family enrichment through health and wellness, education, financial literacy, cultural identity, and entrepreneurship. Latasha also owns The Queen’s Storehouse LLC and has previously held the position of Director of Social Services at Autumn Lake Healthcare. In earlier roles, Latasha worked as a Social Worker at Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center, Executive Director of Black & Brilliant Events Team LLC, and Service Coordinator at AmeriHealth Caritas. Latasha directed community outreach programs at the Center For Family Services and completed a social work internship with the NJ Juvenile Justice Commission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University - Camden and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Rowan College at Burlington County.
