Bailey Lee

Bailey Lee has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. They started their career in 2015 as a Group Fitness Instructor at Northern Arizona University. From 2015 to 2017, they also worked as a Community Assistant at American Campus Communities, where they focused on providing excellent service to students and parents.

In 2017, Bailey joined Coconino County Arizona as an Epidemiologist, where they were responsible for program development, data analysis, and coordination of services. They also worked as a Health District Project Manager, leading initiatives that celebrated diversity and promoted environmental public health.

In 2017, Bailey transitioned to Banner Health and held multiple roles. They first served as a Learning and Experience Coordinator, contributing to the mission of making healthcare easier for communities. They later became an HR Program Coordinator and a Talent Development Analyst, showcasing their expertise in talent management and development.

In 2021, Bailey joined Mohave County as an Epidemiologist, focusing on studying and analyzing diseases and their patterns within the community.

Most recently, Bailey joined Atlas Healthcare Partners in 2022 as a Senior Program Manager, where they utilize their skills and knowledge to successfully manage and oversee programs within the organization.

Overall, Bailey Lee has gained significant experience in program management, epidemiology, talent development, and community health.

Bailey Lee started their education journey in 2014 at Northern Arizona University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Epidemiology. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.

Later, in 2021, Bailey attended Grand Canyon University and began working towards a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. This program will continue until 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Bailey obtained the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification from Qualtrics in February 2021.
