Heather Richards

Heather Richards, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Revenue Optimization Officer at Atlas Healthcare Partners since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Value-Based Initiatives at MPOWERHealth from December 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategies for value-based healthcare initiatives. Heather also held the position of Vice President of Value-Based Initiatives at MPOWERHealth from January 2019 to December 2019.

Before joining MPOWERHealth, Heather worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc as the Vice President of RCM & Business Operations from February 2016 to January 2019. Their earlier career includes positions at Emery Waterhouse, where they held roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Project Management, Corporate Controller, and Financial Analyst from 1992 to 2003.
