Heather Weber has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Heather started their career in 2004 with the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant and held various administrative and training roles until 2011. In 2014, they joined United Hospital System as an Operating Room Nurse, specializing in surgical procedures. After three years, they moved to Tucson Medical Center, where they worked as a Circulator in the orthopedic/neurology surgery department. During their time there, they also gained experience in assisting with electroconvulsive therapy. In 2020, Heather joined Atlas Healthcare Partners and Medely as an Operating Room Nurse, providing their expertise in surgical procedures. Heather also briefly worked as a Registered Nurse at Passport Health before transitioning to their current role. Overall, Heather Weber has a strong background in operating room nursing and a valuable blend of military experience and healthcare knowledge.

Heather Weber has a diverse education history. Heather completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse Completion Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Nursing from Cochise College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Heather also holds a Certificate in German Studies from the University of Maryland University College Europe, specializing in German language and culture, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Heather has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music with a focus on piano and clarinet from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Their education started with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Music from Bethany Lutheran College, which they completed from 1999 to 2001.

Heather has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Heather became a certified Healthcare Provider in CPR through the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2020. In December 2019, they obtained the Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from the same institution. Heather also holds the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association, which they obtained in October 2019. In February 2013, they became a PEARS Provider (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization) certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
