Jessie Monnier has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessie is currently working as the Market President for Atlas Healthcare Partners, starting in July 2023. Monnier's career started at Saint Joseph's Hospital, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Care Unit from July 1999 to June 2000, and then in the Critical Care Unit from July 2000 to June 2001.

Jessie Monnier completed a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BAN) from Carroll College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2012. During their time at the University of Phoenix, they focused their studies on Nursing and Business Administration.
