Tiffany Fletcher, CPRP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tiffany is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Atlas Healthcare Partners, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Banner Health from October 2015 to September 2022, where they held the position of Director of Sourcing | Physician & APP Recruitment.

Before their time at Banner Health, Tiffany was employed at Target, beginning in February 2006 as a Senior Recruiter and later transitioning to the role of Senior Field Campus Recruiter from June 2015 to October 2015. In their role at Target, they were responsible for proactively staffing Regional and Import Distribution Centers with mid-level and senior-level leadership positions. Tiffany provided full-cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation. Tiffany served as a strategic business partner and talent advisor to senior level leadership during their tenure at Target.

In addition to their educational background, Tiffany has also obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they received the Social Healthcare Recruitment Certification from Doximity. Most recently, in December 2021, they obtained the CPRP certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
