Mr. Mahajan joined Atlas in 2016. Prior to joining Atlas, Neil served as a Vice President at Avenue Capital Group, a hedge fund firm focusing on distressed securities. From July 2008 to June 2010, Neil served as an Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company, an investment banking advisory firm, where he focused on Restructuring and M&A assignments. Neil is a graduate of Brown University.
