Sean Li

Sean Li has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean started their career at Applied Materials in 1996 as an Engineering Manager. Sean then worked at Asyst as the Director of Engineering and later became the Director of AMHS Engineering. In 2004, they joined Apple as an Operation Program Manager and later took on roles in Product Development and EPM, Product Development. In 2010, they joined LiteOn Semiconductor as the VP of IC, and in 2013, they became the CEO of Dyna Image Corp. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at LiteOn Semiconductor Corp. Sean then moved on to Diodes Incorporated as the VP of New Business Strategy and Development, Asia Pacific. Currently, they hold the position of Chairman at Dyna Image Corporation. Most recently, in 2022, they started working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Atlas Magnetics, Co.

Sean Li has a diverse education history. Sean began their studies in 1987 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Control and Design. Following that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and earned a Master of Science degree in Automatic Control/ME. Sean continued at MIT, completing their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 1990, focusing on AI, Robotics, Control, Precision Machine Design, with a minor in Finance. Sean Li further enhanced their academic qualifications by pursuing an Executive MBA at Fudan University and National Taiwan University concurrently from 2014 to 2016.
