Wladimir Nikoluk has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Wladimir began as an intern at Goldman Sachs in April 2012. Later that year, they worked as an Analyst and Contributing Author at CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development from July to September. In November 2012, they joined Pro Journo as a Journalist and worked there until January 2015.
In 2013, Wladimir interned as a Fellow at McKinsey & Company during the months of July and August. Wladimir then joined UNDP as a Development and Resilience Intern in July 2014 and became a Resilience Intelligence Officer from November 2014 to February 2015.
Following their time at UNDP, Wladimir joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant in March 2015 and worked there until September 2017.
In 2017, Wladimir founded their own company, ImmerLearn, where they served as the Founder and CEO. ImmerLearn is focused on developing and deploying advanced analytics solutions to augment human decision-making based on all available evidence. Wladimir worked at ImmerLearn from October 2017 to December 2020.
Wladimir then took on the role of Founder and CEO at Atlas Metrics starting in December 2020.
Most recently, in February 2022, they became a Community Member at 2hearts.
Wladimir Nikoluk obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, attending from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning Engineering from Udacity in June 2020.
