Scott Luberto

Scott Luberto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Scott currently serves as the Chief Enthusiasm Officer at ATLAS Navigator, a talent management software company. In this role, Scott focuses on integrating talent development and performance management into a user-friendly system, with a specialization in competency-based talent strategies.

Prior to this, Scott worked at Luck Companies, where they held various positions. As the Training and Development Manager, their responsibilities included designing and monitoring training programs across the organization, identifying gaps in training offerings, and researching external training opportunities. Scott also served as the Technical Training Manager and Corporate Trainer, contributing to the improvement of training processes and the dissemination of targeted training to specific audiences.

Before joining Luck Companies, Scott was a Lead World History Teacher at Teach For America, where they taught for two years. Additionally, they participated in the Aspiring Leaders Fellowship program at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Scott's early work experience includes a role as a Building Manager at Davidson College, where they managed various building operations.
