Rachel Abady has a wealth of experience in the media and creative industries. In 2012, they began their career as a Freelance Production Assistant for Disney ABC Television Group. Rachel then moved to AOL as a Programming Manager, Video in the same year. In 2014, Rachel joined The New York Times as an Audience Strategy Editor, Video and then as an Audience Development Manager, Video Marketing. In 2019, Rachel became an Independent Consultant, consulting across a wide array of industries. Rachel also took on roles as a Consultant, YouTube Strategy for Bustle Digital Group and a Consultant, Sports & Gaming Strategy for Red Bull Media House. In 2021, Rachel took on the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Interplay. Finally, in 2022, Rachel became the Director of Creative Development, Brand Partnerships at Atlas Obscura. Alongside their professional roles, Rachel is also the Co-Founder of Manna Cooking.
Rachel Abady obtained a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Barnard College and a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Columbia University. Rachel also studied Human Rights and Spanish at IFSA, Butler University - Buenos Aires, Argentina.
