John Kuna

John Kuna is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in policy analysis and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Atlas Public Policy since May 2023, John leads teams to navigate climate, clean transportation, and energy policy, overseeing compliance reporting and data validation for clients. Prior roles include Program Manager at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where John developed strategic plans and managed national security program operations involving over 200 personnel. John's career also encompasses management positions at BAE Systems and STOPSO, where John focused on stakeholder engagement, policy development, and multi-project oversight. Additionally, John has experience as a Field Investigator with CACI International Inc. and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Salisbury University, complemented by international study at Anqing Normal University.
