Nick Marcello

Nick Marcello has extensive experience in financial leadership within the real estate investment sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Real Estate Partners since January 2025, Nick previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Sachem Capital Corp. from September 2020 to December 2024, where additional titles of VP, Finance & Operations and Director of Finance were also held. Earlier positions include Vice President and Assistant Controller at Waypoint Real Estate Investments from October 2017 to September 2020, and Experienced Associate at PwC from January 2015 to October 2017, focusing on investment management. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and furthered education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
