Kathryn Ryan

Kathryn Ryan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Licensed Property Manager at Atlas Real Estate since September 2022, Kathryn has previously held key roles at Olive Real Estate Group, Inc. as a Commercial Property Manager, where management of a diverse portfolio across Colorado Springs was a primary responsibility. Prior experience includes managing over 1.1 million square feet of new construction retail space at GBT Realty, as well as various positions at Elmington Property Management and Brookside Properties, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from assistant property management to training and mentorship. Kathryn's academic background includes education from the University of Phoenix.
