Ruthie Williams

Ruthie Williams has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Talent & Culture Manager at Atlas Real Estate since July 2019, where responsibilities include fostering company culture and recruiting diverse talent. Prior roles at Atlas included Talent & Culture Associate and HR Specialist and Recruiter. Ruthie's background also includes significant contributions at the ECDC African Community Center of Denver, where coordination of mentorship programs and program internships was key to enhancing cross-cultural education. Further formative experiences were gained at Campus Outreach, leading fundraising efforts and staff development initiatives while supporting student engagement. Ruthie began professional endeavors in customer service roles at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando and Second Cup. Ruthie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhodes College.
