Roberto Lavin

Roberto Lavin has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the renewable energy industry. Roberto started their career in 2005 as an Engineer at Comercial y Distribuidora Bertonati S.A. Roberto then moved on to Ingendesa S.A. in 2006, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for five years. In 2011, they joined ENDESA S.A. as a Mechanical Engineer, and they remained with the company until 2016.

In 2016, Lavin briefly worked as an Inspector Mecánico at SunEdison (DA-Consultores), and they continued in the same role at Sunedison (DA Consultores) in 2017.

Lavin's most recent experience is at Atlas Renewable Energy, where they served as a PV Site Construction Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Roberto then transitioned to the role of Senior Engineer in 2020. In this position, they are responsible for providing technical support in bidding and construction processes, analyzing and evaluating land for solar power plant development, and designing layout plans for solar projects. Roberto is also involved in various innovation initiatives related to solar generation.

Throughout their career, Lavin has gained expertise in construction progress review, technical solutions for construction and assembly, supplier relations, and mechanical inspection.

Roberto Lavin pursued their education at Universidad de Chile, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering, further solidifying their knowledge and skills in this field.
