Sofia Farías

Sofia Farías has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Sofia is currently working as a People Coordinator at Atlas Renewable Energy, where they are responsible for onboarding processes, payroll management, benefit administration, and internal development programs. Prior to this, they worked at Mafor S.A as a Responsible for Organizational Development and Labor Relations, where they addressed issues related to labor relations and implemented recruitment procedures. Sofia also worked at Boosmap as an HR Generalist, where they managed recruitment and selection processes and created job profiles. In addition, Sofia has experience as an Analyst in Development Organizational at Eaton and Sodexo, where they were responsible for recruitment and performance evaluation processes. Sofia also worked at everis Chile as an International Mobility Manager, handling international relocation processes for executives.
