Ann Vincent has over 25 years of experience in benefits administration, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Atlas Roofing Corporation since January 2008. In this role, Ann is the chief decision maker for subrogations related to the Self-Insured Medical Plan and oversees the administration of benefit expenditures while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations such as Section 125 Plans, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ADA. Prior to this position, Ann worked as a Benefits Coordinator at Peavey from January 1995 to January 2008, providing significant expertise in claims billing and employee orientation.
