Fred Indermaur

Fred Indermaur currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Atlas Roofing Corporation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Indorama Ventures Hygiene Nonwoven Fibers from January 2020 to November 2024. Between June 2018 and December 2019, Fred was the President of Nilit America, and from September 2016 to June 2018, Fred worked as the General Manager at Valen USA, overseeing the North American business operations. Fred’s earlier experience includes a role as Head of Corporate Process Improvement at Unifi, Inc. from September 2009 to May 2016, where contributions included introducing lean manufacturing practices. Fred earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
