Aaron Lipeles

Aaron Lipeles has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to technology and data analytics. Aaron is currently employed as the Chief Technology Officer at ATLAS SP Partners since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Credit Suisse as the Managing Director - Global Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics from 2019 to 2023 and as a Senior Consultant in the same field from 2019 to 2020. Aaron also founded Quare.ai in 2018, where they developed explainable AI tools for data scientists in the financial industry. From 2013 to 2018, Aaron served as the Managing Director at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services, where they played a key role in building a complex capital markets software practice. Aaron began their career at UBS in 2005 as the Managing Director - Fixed Income Technology, where they took on various responsibilities and delivered significant achievements. Aaron started their career at Bloomberg, LP in 1999 as a Software Developer and Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Chasen Enterprises as a Software Developer and Team Lead, specializing in bond cashflows and analytics.

Aaron Lipeles obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Tufts University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Aaron then pursued further education at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, earning a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from 1992 to 2000.
