Todd Freece

Program Manager, Government Programs at ATLAS Space Operations

Todd Freece is the current Program Manager for Government Programs at ATLAS Space Operations. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director and Department Chair for the University of Central Florida and as a Commander in the United States Air Force.

Todd has over 26 years of experience in space operations, program management, and engineering. Todd has served in various positions such as Senior Program Manager, Director, Space Operations Officer, and Astronautical Engineer. In their most recent role as Commander of the 374th Mission Support Group at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan, Todd was responsible for providing global communications and data services to US Government and commercial satellite programs.

Todd is a highly decorated veteran of the United States Air Force, having received numerous awards and commendations throughout their career. Todd is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and holds a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado.

Todd Freece has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering, a Master of Science (MS) from Troy University in Business Administration and Management, General, a Master's degree from USAF Air Command and Staff College in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies, and a Master of Arts (MA) from the Naval War College in National Security Studies.
