Harish Ramakrishnan

Harish Ramakrishnan serves as the Head of Operations at Atlas Systems, focusing on strategic leadership, operations governance, and compliance across Indian centers. In this role, Harish led HR functions during a leadership transition and enhanced operational culture. Additionally, Harish founded Knowledge Artisans Private Limited, where the development of JobsifyAI, an AI-driven recruitment platform, is underway, emphasizing intelligent automation and partnerships with educational institutions. Prior experience includes senior managerial positions at ACO Group and Atlas Systems Private Limited, where Harish oversaw IT strategies and client services. An alumnus of the Great Lakes Institute of Management with a focus in Data Science and Analytics, Harish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras and has a strong foundational education in software engineering and management.
