Joshua Vinci, MS, PMP

Joshua V. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joshua started their career in 1999 as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard and held this position until September 2019. During their time in the Coast Guard, they served in various roles and gained expertise in intelligence and law enforcement.

In 2014, they joined the Intelligence Coordination Center, USCG as a Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst specializing in maritime smuggling. Joshua was responsible for producing and presenting intelligence products to senior leaders, collaborating with the Intelligence Community, and serving as a subject matter expert on drug smuggling trends.

From 2016 to 2018, Joshua worked as a Senior Program Manager in the Operational Demonstrations and Evaluation Division at the Joint Interagency Task Force South. In this role, they managed operational test and evaluation projects aimed at improving intelligence capabilities for the Department of Defense. Joshua also fostered collaboration among military and academic/private sector partners.

In 2018, Joshua moved to the US Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston, where they served as the Director of Intelligence. Joshua led and trained a staff of military and civilian personnel, focusing on supporting Coast Guard missions along the Texas Coast and Gulf of Mexico. Joshua oversaw all aspects of the intelligence cycle and prioritized law enforcement intelligence collections to provide decision advantage to senior leaders and operators.

Most recently, Joshua joined Atlas Tech in 2020 as a Senior Program Manager.

Joshua V. has a diverse education history that spans several years. Joshua started their education journey in 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. Joshua successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2007.
