Meghan Bushman

Meghan Bushman, CPTM, is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Atlas Technologies, Inc. since May 2018. In this role, Meghan has led the evaluation and implementation of a new LMS system, collaborating closely with IT for system integration. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Specialist, maintaining corporate ISO certifications and developing management training programs, as well as various positions at GEICO, where Meghan supervised claims departments, settled high-exposure claims, and conducted data analysis for strategic decision-making. Meghan's career began at Cape Fear Heart Associates, where administration and electronic medical record migration were key responsibilities. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
