Guadalupe Barrientos

Guadalupe Barrientos has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Guadalupe began their career in 2015 as a Promotor de servicios at Banco de Crédito BCP, where they provided customer service, handled sales, and managed the cash register. In 2015, they also worked as a Recepcionista at BRITÁNICO. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Asistente administrativo y comercial at Laurie & Pujalt S.A.C. Their responsibilities included administrative and commercial support. In 2021, they joined Manpower Perú as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they prepared offer letters, maintained information in the Case Management System, generated reports, facilitated onboarding processes, managed background checks, and assisted candidates with questions and concerns. Guadalupe currently holds the position of People Operations Assistant at Atlas Technica, which they started in June 2023.

Guadalupe Barrientos attended the Universidad de San Martín de Porres from 2013 to 2020, where they studied International Business Administration. Guadalupe then pursued a course in English Language Teaching (ELT) at Asociacion Cultural Peruano Britanica (Britanico) for the year 2021, focusing on bilingual and plurilingual education. In 2019, they also completed a course in Customs Dispatch Assistance at Instituto ADEX, specializing in foreign trade.
