Peter Shen

Peter Shen has worked in various roles within the IT industry since 2000. Peter began their career as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Meta5 Inc. in 2000. In 2003, they became a Systems Engineer at Wall Street Network, where they were responsible for needs analysis and documentation of deployment procedures for solutions. In 2004, they held the roles of Network Administrator at Drive Medical and Technical Support Specialist at Cablevision. From 2005 to 2022, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where they managed computer equipment for administrative office and laboratory network, participated in committees regarding IT solutions, design and implementation, and created code to assist in automating research and administrative duties. Peter is currently employed as a Systems Engineer at Atlas Technica.

Peter Shen attended Brooklyn Technical HS from 1992 to 1995. Peter then went on to pursue a BS in Information Systems at Stony Brook University, graduating in 2000. Peter also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
