Slava Fedenko

Slava Fedenko has worked in the IT field since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at SCB, providing 1st line support to 300+ users and 50+ branch offices. In 2008, they worked as a System Administrator at Inter-Ug, migrating all IT infrastructure to Microsoft Windows Servers and deploying Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and File Services. In 2010, they worked as an IT Consultant at CyberVision, architecting and implementing enterprise IT solutions for clients. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Senior System Administrator at Broadvox, managing Microsoft Windows Servers and maintaining ERP, CRM, and enterprise messaging systems. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Senior Technical Engineer at Redblade Limited, providing 3rd line technical support and hosted services maintenance. Since 2016, they have worked at Cloud Direct as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, providing core IT infrastructure support and being the 4th line escalation point for major IT infrastructure incidents. Slava currently works at Atlas Technica as a Senior Cloud Engineer.

Slava Fedenko received a Junior Bachelor degree in Computer Systems and Networking services from Odessa Machine Tool College in 2006.
