Rick Wolfgram

Rick Wolfgram is a seasoned professional in investment banking with extensive experience in the software, internet, and digital media sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC since June 2023, Rick previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Internet & Digital Media Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. Rick has also worked in senior roles at Truist Securities, ThinkEquity LLC, and Seven Hills Partners, among others, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and venture capital. In addition to professional responsibilities, Rick contributed as a founding board member and treasurer of 826 Valencia. Rick's educational background includes a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
