James M'Mbui

James M'Mbui has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Personnel Supervisor at Njeru Industries Limited and then worked as a Sales Representative at Website Communications from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they joined Meru Community Chapel as an Administrator from 2005 to 2011.

In 2017, James joined Seal Towers Kenya Limited as a Telecom Engineer/Technical Assistant (Operations and Maintenance). Their responsibilities included access and data management, energy management, site acquisition, customer/client management, vendor management, and quality and audit certification. James also conducted tower/telecom site audits, ensured process compliance and training, and supported general site management.

In this position, they devised and implemented strategies to reduce operational expenses, formulated improvement targets, and worked on innovative and cost-effective operations and maintenance solutions.
