Samuel Kagwi

Samuel Kagwi has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the real estate and telecommunications industries. Samuel started their career in 2013 as a Research Analyst at UWEZO BROADBAND LIMITED, where they conducted community-based research on education for young children.

In 2014, Samuel worked as a Trainee in Valuation, Agency, and Property Management at Value Zone Limited. Here, they gained experience in real estate valuation exercises and property inspection.

In 2015, Samuel joined Cephas Valuers Limited as a Student Trainee, where they focused on space auditing for commercial properties owned by Kenya Commercial Bank.

From 2016 to 2018, Samuel worked at the National Land Commission as a Research Assistant, conducting research on office space in the Nairobi CBD.

In 2016, Samuel also joined Property World as a Real Estate Agent, Valuer, and Site Acquisition Manager. Their responsibilities included negotiating rents, applying for approvals, preparing valuation reports, and sourcing properties for sale and management.

Since 2018, Samuel has been with Atlas Tower Group, initially starting as a Site Acquisition Specialist and later taking on the role of Site Acquisition Manager. Their responsibilities include reporting and tracking operational activities, conducting site surveys, negotiating lease terms, and staying updated on site acquisition issues and policies.

Overall, Samuel Kagwi has gained comprehensive experience in site acquisition, real estate valuation, property management, and research within the telecommunications and real estate industries.

Samuel Kagwi's education history begins in 2012 when they obtained a certification in ICDL from Zetech University-Kenya. In the same year, they also enrolled at the University of Nairobi, where they studied but didn't obtain a degree.

In 2016, Samuel Kagwi completed their Bachelor of Real Estate degree from the University of Nairobi.

Samuel then pursued further education in 2019, attending Africa Nazarene University for Environmental Studies. During that time, they obtained a degree in Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Audit.
